Holidays and Delays

Following is a list of dates that may affect the processing of your orders online if your order falls within those dates expect some delay times for the online processing of your order when it comes to shipment and delivery.

Shipment delays during the last week of Ramadan may affect pickup times from your preferred shipping agent, we apologize for the inconvenience, shipment scheduled pickups will resume as per logistics providers.

We endeavor to process your order as quickly as possible, however such delay times is beyond our control due to logistic agents.

Ramadan Dates affected by yearly changes every year by moving forward approximately 2 weeks as per the Hijri Calendar and not the Gregorian Calendar.

Gregorian New year: 31/12/2023 to 01/01/2024
Religious Holiday: 8/2/2024
Kuwait National Holidays: 25/02/2024 to 26/02/2024
Religious Holiday: 10/04/2024 to 11/4/2024
Religious Holiday: 16/06/2024 to 17/06/2024
Hijri New Year: 07/07/2024
Religious Holiday: 15/09/2024

Shop Closed: Every Friday

Local Delivery Times

All orders placed before 12pm will be delivered same day, in the event of any possible delay, orders will be delivered next day.
Orders placed on Friday will be delivered Saturday.
Orders placed during official holidays will be processed on re-opening of the store.
During Eid holidays we cannot provide local delivery or scheduled pickups as per our logistics partners.
