With the ongoing development in the region, we regret to inform our regional and International customers that international shipments are experiencing delays. We are unable to provide an exact date when operations may resume fully as normal, however all shipment updates of orders marked as processing will be updated and notified via email if a tracking number is issued, please note that tracking numbers issued does not mean the shipment will not be affected by delays depending on the day by day developments in the region and the time of order. A Situational surcharge has been implemented to all regional and international shipments by our logistics partners, please note that this surcharge is directly incorporated into your shipping rate on checkout, shipping rates and or adjustments are directly live from our logistics partners systems. The situational charge is a temporary measure due to the current circumstances in the region that have increased the operational costs as communicated by our shipping partners.

Holidays and Delays

Following is a list of dates that may affect the processing of your orders online if your order falls within those dates expect some delay times for the online processing of your order when it comes to shipment and delivery.

Shipment delays during the first week and last week of Ramadan may affect pickup times from your partner shipping agents, we apologize for the inconvenience, shipment scheduled pickups will resume as per logistics providers and scheduled timings which differ from one logistics partner to another.

We endeavor to process your order as quickly as possible, however such delay times is beyond our control due to logistic agents operating times.

Ramadan Dates affected by yearly changes every year by moving forward approximately 2 weeks as per the Hijri Calendar and not the Gregorian Calendar.

Religious Holiday: 30/1/2025
Kuwait National Holidays: 25/02/2025 to 26/02/2025
Religious Holiday: 30/03/2025 to 01/04/2025
Religious Holiday: 05/06/2025 to 07/06/2025
Hijri New Year: 26/06/2025
Religious Holiday: 04/09/2025

Local Delivery Times

All orders placed before 12pm will be delivered same day, in the event of any possible delay, orders will be delivered next day.
Orders placed on Friday will be delivered Saturday.
Orders placed during official holidays will be processed on re-opening of the store.
During Eid holidays we cannot provide local delivery or scheduled pickups as per our logistics partners.
Force majeure situations are subject to rescheduling per the government directives.
