Ordering FAQ

What currency is your website using ?
Our website supports multi currency based on your geographical location the relevant currency will be applicable, USD, Euros, GBP and GCC currencies are currently supported.

Does your website support PayPal ?
Yes we do support PayPal.

I cannot proceed with checkout why ?
 - Possible if during checkout your billing and shipping address do not match, we will require further verification from you to ensure that your order and information is genuine, as such we may require from you to email us and or fax us a copy of your national ID, passport, proof of residence, bank statement copy of your credit card in order to validate this process.

Classification of Items on the Website
Items that are marked with Classification: Normal can be shipped internationally.
Items that are marked with Classification: Hazmat cannot be shipped internationally.

Default Payment Gateway

Order Status
Pending - Means the order is in the queue.
Processing - Means the order has been received and is being processed by our staff.
Processed - Means the order is processed and packed waiting for pickup by courier or to be delivered to shipping agent collection center and or local delivery.
Shipped - Means the order has been picked by shipping agent and on its way to the final destination.
Out for Delivery - Means the order has been picked up by local delivery agent. (Local Orders Only)
Delivered - Means item has been delivered to the customer.
Partial Delivery - Means the order has some items pending to be delivered, follow up delivery will be scheduled once all items are ready. (Local Orders Only)

Can you make a lower value Invoice for my order?
We cannot list or adjust any amount other than the actual amount paid by you on generated invoices or customs forms, items are listed per item price and discount is mentioned on total amount paid, please note that store credit is not a discount, and is taxable depending on your country. We also regret to inform that we cannot mark items as Gift items.

Payment related Issues
If you are experiencing payment related issues with our preferred payment gateway provider, you can opt to use PayPal instead.

Issues with order received
If you have received your order and there is a problem with the order, please contact us via the contact us page with a brief explanation of the problem so we can assist you at the earliest, customers who have paid via Paypal, please communicate with us the problem first, we respond within 24 hours of your communication.

Quality Control
Some items may be subject to quality inspection to ensure that manufacturer defect is not present, as and when communicated to us from our suppliers, such items are not used or installed for usage. These items are either physically inspected and or tested to ensure functionality which maybe electrical and electronic items. Model fuselages such as fiberglass or carbon fiber products which are subject to manufacturer defects may also be subject to visual inspection by our staff. Any items which have been inspected by our team will be resealed with the prohobbies round checked sticker to ensure that our customers receive a product that is free from defects. As shipments are sent internationally such measures are enforced in our work ethics to avoid return items.

TAX ID
This is required for Europe / UK and the USA orders only and may include future countries and territories.
Per the recent shipping requirements outlined by our shipping partners Aramex and DHL all B2C and B2B are required to enter their TAX ID in step 3 of the checkout process.
TAX ID is only used to be mentioned in your order invoice which is included in the shipment of your order.
TAX ID is also referred to as your TIN or EIN.
